    Is every ferrari test driven at the factory and how many miles ?

    Has this been consistant over the years ?

    Just curious......

    I think they are driven around for about 10-40miles

    Yes, every Ferrari gets a test drive before it leaves the factory!
    Thats since the first year.
    Usual (strange to say so) Ferraris gets driven around the Maranello area - country roads & mountains.
    Every Enzo, 360CS or F50, F40 earlier gets also driven at the Fiorano race track before they leave the factory.
    Pre production Ferraris gets also test driven at Fiorano.
    They run a own test drivers department called "final checkup". Lots of papers to fill out for the test drivers during and after the ~20 miles drive. They even drive each car thru a carsh wash to see if all the seals are working perfect.

    Wolfy, i read Seal and perfect in the same sentence than Ferrari...impossible :)
