I have a tour reserved at the factory in early October, I was wondering if I could take pictures inside the factory?

Do as you please. Just hope they dont kick you out and destroy your camera. :) Seriously though, there have been a few threads on here where guys have taken pics from inside the factory. So I can guess and say yes..... you can take pics. But im sure they will tell you what you can and cant take pics of. No top secret pics for you mate.......:) Post them if you do get pics. Cheers. :)

When are you scheduled? I'm set up for early Oct. as well. Supposed to be receiving a packet of info with all the details but it hasn't arrived yet. I've always heard that photos inside the factory are prohibited because Ferrari is concerned that they will be used commercially without their consent.

I'm sure all will become clear.

OK - I'm officially jealous. I won't there until the morning of the 9th - and just for the factory tour.

Make sure and make us all feel even worse with a report of the driving school!

    Have fun!

When you check in at the front gate the first thing they do before you are allowed out of the meeting room is to impound your cameras. There is absolutely NO WAY you are allowed to take any pictures as part of the regular client (customer) tour.

We've been to the factory several times on the paid owner's tour/free tour/F1 Test Day tour and each time they will tell you photos are not permitted inside.

Left everything in a locker...dind't want Enzo to strike me down later. Although I though about taking a valve from the engine room.. bad karma.

I am certain this is the norm at Ferrari.

I am not surprised a bit!

Just did the tour last week; absolutely no photography allowed. They took our cameras. On a positive note, they did allow me to bring three guests, while my confirmation paperwork indicated I could only take two...

Also, in addition to the 2006 La Ferrari publication, owners are given a very cool Ferrari "passport" after the tour.

when i went in 03, they were very strict about no cameras. they collected them in the waiting area. however, we were allowed to have a picture taken in the waiting area after the tour with our tour guide.
