Contact your local dealer, they can arrange a tour. You have to be a Ferrari owner.

You have to contact your local dealer, and it's for Ferrari owners only (unless you know the right people). Some dealers charge like a €100 for it, some don't. They often combine their tours with Atelier configurations or Pilota courses / any other CC activity. Some dealers also receive a limited amount of slots, so it's a good idea to contact them well ahead of your planned trip and get a confirmed spot. Think this depends a bit on the size of the dealer / how often they go.

For the future, I suggest you use the search function of this forum before you post. There are already some exquisite and in-depth threads concerning visiting Maranello in general and touring the factory. This has to one of the most re posted questions / topics on FChat...

EDIT: Ferrari now has a few different types of tours, the latest I heard of was that they drive tourist buses through the factory and let fans take pictures with notable places etc. But I don't think they do much more than that. I.e. no entrance to any facilities.
