Two thumbs up, thanks to Tivo! Of course where was all this R&D when they decided on the 355 plastic interior that melts within a few years :)

    Hi Jay,

It could be worse like the Main Wiring Harnesses on M-B's, that self destruct after 5-6 years, as a bio-degradable design so the car would be more environmentally friendly and recycleable, which is a good idea, but not 5 years from new! It ended after the 95-6 model years and all cars were affected! Made a lot of enemies for MB and friends for Lexus.

I liked the visit to the trim and upholstery dept. where they talked to the ladies who actually create the beautiful creations in leather and steel. Housewives and your Aunt Sophia, creating this beauty. I liked the one humble lady, with the crooked teeth, who said that she would look inside a Ferrari, on the street when parked, at the interior, to see if she had sewn the seats and trim, in it. She didn't say anything about the color or model, or how fast they are, but the interior, was the only thing of interest to her. Of course, ALL the workers looked absolutely 100% Italian! It was a good and actual truthful look at the Ferrari Factory, that makes me admire the Cars and the People who create them, even more.

    Ciao...Paolo

I like how they are talking about the 599 getting painted, but they are showing the bodies of F430s...haha
