There have been too many of these noveau riche playboys killing innocent people. Their disregard for life and their evident lack of skill make Ferraris the inanimate agents of class resentments. They make it more difficult for enthusiasts who appreciate their cars for what they are and drive them responsibly, skillfully, and safely. As with firearms, Ferraris don't kill people; idiots kill people.
