Hi all. I have a late 2014, early 2015 FF, UK RHD car. I've never been too bothered about the stereo in my other ferraris, but given the great everyday road manners of this car, I am considering what simple options there may be to improve the sounds. It has the newer head unit, but not with apple carplay, not a major issues as the Bluetooth connectivity is good, and siri on the iPhone takes care of the rest.

I was actually surprised with the good quality of the sound system, given that I am coming from an SVR.

    A couple of questions:
1,) I suspect I don't have the high-power option, but is there a way to tell definitely from looking at the car?
2.) If I just want to add a little bit more bass without going crazy (not really interested in compromising the boot space or floor, is there a way to add something into the factory provisions?

I believe the tell tale is in the boot. If you see the subwoofer on the left side, you have the high power option.
To change the sound quality without subwoofer, you can start with getting a high end infotainment module with enough power, then upgrade the speakers to some nice ones. The standard ones are probably not the best quality. There are a couple of threads in here of people having done just that (or much more).

I thought about this when I changed my head unit. I don't have the HiFi upgrade in my car.

There is a plug and play factory sub that sits on the near side of the boot in a UK car. See diagram.

They sometimes pop up on eBay or at breakers. https://www.ebay.com/itm/165216330848

The more expensive bit is the trim panel that covers it:-

My head unit upgrade improved the sound of the standard speakers a great deal so I've not bothered so far but a bit more bass would be nice.

You'll need a different amp to drive, which is under the boot floor, under the panel where the tyre inflator system is kept.

Do you know any good option for amp for the HiFi option?
