I use the Chevron Station on Miller Avenue in Mill Valley. They do all of Ferrari of San Francisco's work. I know that its not the East Bay, but if all else fails.

Had my 84 -308QV smogged at Ken Betts Chevron, in the Montclair section of Oakland, a couple of times and never had a problem and this past year my '87 TR at a smog check only station in El Cerrito. I've heard, and my experience has been, if everything is in place on your car and the Cats are OK this emissions are so low they hardly move the guages on the test equipment.
