    very cool !
    what you dont get a sense of in this clip is the steep elevation changes, and differences in surfaces, and the off camber corners that make this place truly scary imo ! at 0:40 for example, that left hand turn at the bottom of the hill is off camber with a wall at the end of the short runoff area, and always scared the hell out of me!

    Cool to see the (3)video screen on the dash for the views around the car. That would take some getting used to.

    Depends on who is driving, really. At Valencia World Finals I was easily quicker than all the FXXs with my 599 Evo and then one ate me up and spat me out...the guy driving it was wearing a blue and yellow helmet and chuckled when we got back to the pits.....

    To each his profession!!!!

    Were we watching the same video? The FXX briefly locked up the brakes because of the slow entry speed of the 599 into that left hander. Then there's a brief period of him experiencing driveline lash because the 599 isn't accelerating and neither can he. Then he gets some room, pulls to the left, throws down the hammer, and makes the 599 look as if the driver had accidentally engaged reverse.

    Lovely to read comments from someone as clueless as you! Amazing how many people are sitting room sofa drivers. Get out there, prove you can do it before you show your great skills on a chat forum.

    The fellow in the XX is relatively new to the programme and has been working terribly hard at improving himself - with success. It takes more than $$$s to get out there and challenge yourself against a host of others and that alone demands a certain respect.

    Pretty sure he is referring to the first 599 EVO that overtook the FXX and disappeared.
