It may sound silly. I have been trying to upload some pictures to the profile and avatar, but always failed because the picture size is too large.

How did you upload your's into your profile ?

The pic has to be quite small, 80x80.Right click and save pic to your computer. Then go into user options and edit profile. There will be an edit avatar option which lets you browse your pics .Click on one you want and upload.

    Thanks Tony,

But I have already tried that and FAILED. I downloaded the pictures into my PC from the digital camera and then uploaded the pictures from the PC.

I browsed the pics and then clicked. A moment later, a window poped-up and said my picture size is too large !!!

The picture I tried to upload just about the same size as the one you got on your profile. On one ocassion, I tried to upload the grill of my 355 (like the one you got a little while ago) to the profile, it just didn't work.

    What's wrong ???

You prob need to reduce the image before you attempt to upload it as your avatar. It can't be bigger than 80x80. Send the pic to yourself as an email as Windows will automatically reduce the image for you. Try and upload that pic as your profile and then reduce it down to 80x80.
    Good luck!

Also, for the profile pic, it can't be over more than 200,000 bytes as well as the 640 x 640 limit. I know that some times I have to make photos 600 x something or less in order for it to be less. For the avatar, the size limit is different.
