well, Ferrari is actually owned by Fiat, but Montezemolo decides himself what to do with other car manufacturers. GM has some little power on Fiat, GM has NO POWER on Ferrari. There will probably be a joint-venture Audi-Maserati to build the new SUV Maserati, with Maserati's engines, dynamics, body design and Audi's "quattro" 4wd.
