-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Ferrari Formula 1 Team fired their entire pit crew last month. The announcement followed Ferrari's decision to abide by extreme pressure from world governments that the racing industry hire more minorities. As a result, 12 youths from south central Los Angeles were now an essential part of the famous Formula 1 Team. The decision to hire them was brought on by a recent documentary on how unemployed youths from the Watts area were able to remove a set of wheels in less than 6 seconds with just a tire iron and screwdriver, whereas Ferrari's existing crew could only do it in 8 seconds with a million dollars worth of high tech equipment. It was thought to be an excellent, yet bold move, by the Ferrari management since most races are won and lost in the pits. Ferrari believed they would have an advantage over every team. However....Ferrari got more than they bargained for. At the crew's first practice session, not only were the Watts pit crew able to change the tires in under 6 seconds, but within 12 seconds they had re-sprayed, re-badged, and sold the vehicle to the Williams team for 2 six packs of Colt 45, a day's supply of crack and photos of Queen Latifah in the shower. Kidding! Sorry, couldn't resist.
It's good to be king! Seriously, though, I must not have hit the right keywords for the search. Sorry about the repost.
Hi everybody. I would like to find 2004 scuderia ferrari high resolution pictures. It seems to have many of them in the official media center website : www.media.ferrari.com Can you help me to know how to enter in this website? Thank you very much.
I think you should resist next time. I personally come to this site to read and talk about Ferraris. I think there are plenty of other venues on the web, and probably in your neighborhood, where you can share these kinds of thoughts! We really don't need it here!
First, I would like to point out that this is the Racing section of the forum where we talk about Ferraris. This joke was about the Ferrari race team. Therefore your crack about coming here to read about Ferraris is negated. Second, I do not feel that my post warranted a personal attack of any sort. What is that "probably in your neighborhood" crap about? Hopefully you will take out your stress and frustration somewhere else next time, and not in one of my threads. Its unfortunate that everyone else that posted understood it was a joke, whether they liked it or not. Lighten up.
Let's lighten up folks... so it was a repost. It's still funny and was posted, I think, with the best of intentions. And apparently some folks have not seen it before. And if you think it isn't politically correct enough... well let's just lighten up, OK??
The first time I saw this, it was a crew of Eastenders. (And it was an old one back then.) Then New York gangs. Now LA. Next, I guess, in the westward drift, will be Islanders? This joke is an equal opportunity offender. Now if the (blonde) pit crew got their suspenders caught in the porch paint, we'd have pretty much all the cliches covered.
