    Try www.collectorscarbooks.com - they had one for sale not long ago, but was very expensive. They come up on Ebay from time to time.
    It's a fabulous book, and weighs a ton!

    Nathan, I've been checking that web site regularly, but the book hasn't turned up there yet. Jeff, I made that dealer a generous offer a few weeks ago but it was declined.

    The publisher still has a few copies, but it is a very expensive book.
