Thanks for the article, but it's interesting that they state the obvious. Every team wants to qualify first. Qualifying first means there's a better chance of winning.

If you are fast it wont matter. Ferrari are not fast enough. Period. When they are fast enough, they will qualify better and win. Until then others will be the victors.
Best qually and best race set ups are often different. If they focus on qually can they trully expect to outrun RBR to pole ? I dont think so. Points are awarded at the end of the race. Focus on that.
Points matter but wins give you the most points and more wins are the tie breaker in the end as well. Ferrari are reliable. They now need to qual better and win to keep the others at bay. Hopefully that can start this weekend. RB is still the fave though.
