    Hey all,

I'm purchasing a F430 and the seller has original signed Keith Collins floor mats that he paid $1050 for and is willing to let them go for the same price. My question is, is it worth it? Your valuable input most appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Steve

Keith Collins has been around for a long time, and has a fairly big following with very strong interest in California. He's known for his impressive and huge tapestries, and yes...custom made floor mats, all top quality. Those F430 floor mats are worth what you are willing to pay. That said, they might cost a bit more to make today then when the ones being offered were made.

More importantly, are they worth that or anything to you ?
    Your car, your money.

If I had a , let's say 430, I probably wouldn't care for them, let alone pay much, if anything for such.
Heck, I thought my wife nuts (and told her so) after the dealer had convinced her to accept “optional” WeatherTech floor mats when buying her latest daily driver couple of years ago.
Similar rubber mats could’ve been bought for less than 10% of the price they charged her.

When I bought my daily few years ago, the dealer asked if wanted to add WT’s, but withdrew after I started laughing and pointed out it already having “factory” rubber mats included (apparently at no extra cost).

Thanks @Lusso123 I did research him quite a bit before I posted this thread - interesting artist and his story of going from rags to riches. They are phenominal looking but I decided they were a bit costly so I told the seller I'd pass, at which point he looked a bit shocked and taken aback. Anyways he said to make him an offer, which I did for half price, so I ended up with them. They do look absolutely beautiful (next time I'm at the car will take a pic and post) but as for what they're worth as a "collectable"...no idea. (Hopefully at least $500!).

    Thanks.

I love my KC mats in my 360. They fit with the analog vibe.

Congrats. You’ll love them more with time.
