We tried to sell them for $20 shipped. Amazon wouldn't let us do "free shipping" unless we upgraded to a higher level account that would pretty much eat up profits and they decided that shipping cost $4.99. No idea where they came up with that number. They also charge $2 for doing doing business there. We just lowered the "sales" price to absorb their required shipping charge and added the $2. Long answer to say no, can't combine shipping. Will throw in something extra for you though.

It's quite a bit more work to ship to Canada, I have to go to the post office and fill out customs forms and shipping is higher.
