    they only say it is painted ferrari red. no mention of it being a ferrari and no badging.

    Decription says, "the car is fully badged." I suspect the badges were P-Shopped out of the eBay photos.

    Badged with what? Toyota Badges?

    Seller did an excellent job of not saying anything wrong so I don't think eBay will take it down as it does not violate VERO

    yes exactly. ebay will end it if there are ferrari badges on it. its a way to go around the system to sell more kits on ebay.

    Theres many loop holes and people will find ways around them.

    Ferrari and Lamborghini has tired manytimes in the past to end the war on replicating but they won't people don't nessarly have to sell it as a "Ferrari" they can get alittle creative and say this is a "Fiero" with a body kit or its a "Ferraro" kitcar and they can't do anything about it.
