"Yep" to both the above... LOL
Maybe I should have bought it when I had the chance Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
No ****ing way, saleproof unless the price takes into account fixing the bent bits, even then it’s a stories car, especially since it was owned by PP What’s the update with your car? All **** ups will be a distant memory once on the road and after you punish Carl at VCAT
Is there the time when I say if I bought the crab I am never going to sell it ? Carl tells me that his VCAT lawyer is busy with Cardinal Pell for a few months so he has asked if I can hold off starting proceedings till after that finishes My car is quite happy in its new temporary home It has an Enzo parked next to it last week when I dropped in to polish the inside of the exhaust The block has been line bored, new liners arrive next week along with the last of the parts needed for the top-end overhaul So I am looking forward to seeing top and bottom end being reasssembled when I drop in next week to remove Carl’s magazine collection from the boot. Nearing the end of the process of getting the car back on the road. The car looks great and I am looking forward to getting the engine run-in and sorting out any minor issues that arise after being in hibernation for so long. Then I am planning on having some real fun on the GAD.
No one wanted GT4's until recently !!! I bought mine in 04 for $38k Mondial's are pretty good value really
I like Them their unique nothing else looks like the Mondial and they go and sound great what’s not to like Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
You forgot the Chinese tyres. And it's not saleproof! I'm about to advertise it; Terzini showed me what to do!
BTW, do any of the Queenslanders know if RB's Mondial is back on the road? The haters might eat their words if they saw some of his track times!
sounds even better than it looks....snap, crackle and pop Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
A bunch of us go on monthly drives and there hasn't been an occasion where that car hasn't made me smile. It a very rare sight to see an awesome looking Mondial that sounds amazing.
hey Adam, I bought a mint (in the truest sense of the word) Aston Martin DB7 Vantage........and won the VIC concours 2017 with it.....best in class and outright best car on the day.......for sure it was the cheapest concours winner in the club's history.....it would be an exaggeration to say my car cost less than some of the paint jobs on the DB4/5/6s or Towns V8s that competed on the day but not by much. No used car is like new but my car barely looks a year or two old. I even bought it from a dealer in QLD. I fitted the following AM works items: Carbon dash, Billet switches and pedals, alloy fuel cap, GT sports X pipe and high flow 200 CEL cats and will be fitting the GT dampers, springs and bushes in the next few months so at least it handles well (Clarkson raved about the GT handling......if that means anything). I liked the car a lot and its been faultless but having said that, something Italian is heading my way........in the process or working out a deal with a AM club member..... Well done on winning the concours Rennie Looking forward to seeing (and hearing) more about the new Italian something - will it be one of Fioravanti's designs
