I wish I could give you an absolute solution to this. I think you have put the ball in Don's court, where it should be. I hope he handles it well.............

I've never had any problem with my 360 spider, despite the fact that I bought it elsewhere.

I called last week (tues.) to make an appointment to drop it off for its yearly. I was told they were shorthanded because of the Houston Grand Prix, and would I mind dropping it off the following week on weds (today). Well, I literally just got home from dropping it off, no problem for me.

But I am an olive skinned male of Italian heritage, I'm sure that had all to do with it- we spoke in Italian over a cigarette and a Campari about ****ting on those stupid Americanos.....

FWIW I was told that Lambo of Houston has a terrific Ferrari mechanic. Good luck.

What does that mean? Maybe that is part of the problem with the dealership. You think?

    Well that was tongue-in- cheek.....

But it does probably help to have a last name that ends in a vowell, and a real guinea-dago first name and an M.D. at the end.......Francesco Cavallo M.D.
