I've been collecting Ferrari Hot Wheels 1/64 diecast cars since 2001... I have about 5 dozen different models/variations.

I think that Gimme Fuel's 1/18 garage is a riot. I get a chuckle every time he posts a new "day" in the life of his garage.

I was cleaning up around the house today and kept coming across Hot Wheels that I had forgotten I had bought. I can't go int Walmart or Target without looking to see if there's a style or model I don't have yet.

A couple of years ago, I found a Hot Wheels Ferrari Dealership playset. Perfect.

I was bored tonight waiting around for everyone to show up for our sunday night poker game, and I spied the cars just sitting there, begging to be played with. I had the idea to do an "homage" thread to Gimme Fuel's 1/18 scale garage. I'm calling it Ferrari of Lilliput. Of course, these are just your typical Hot Wheels, don't expect anything near the quality of Gimme Fuel's posts.

    I need a life. :D
    Enjoy :)

I'll work on putting together four or five different "owners clubs" days, and then do a big concours day. It doesn't really take very long, so I'll try to do them all at once and then post them periodically.

I'm glad I'm not the only one around here still playing with hot wheels :)

You forgot "enabler." IIRC, you called me from the Mattell outlet in Ft.Worth and offered to pick me up some of the cheap stuff... Luckily, my willpower was strong that day. :)
I didn't notice if he had one of those on his bookshelf when we went to the celebrazione. If he doesn't, I need to get one to him. :)

Also, we had taken delivery of our enclosed transport vehicle after it had been painted for us.
