Anyone been recently to either? What is currently in the showrooms?
They just added a red 550 Barchetta with only 200 K for sale...it can be seen on their website....if only I had the funds!! Seems they updated their website recently. Lots of 360's floating around, as one would expect with the 430's getting out in force. check it out at www.ferrariofontario.com
I walked by Ferrari of Toronto a couple of days ago and the whole place was filled with Maseratis, coupes and convertibles. There was one Ferrari at the back, a 550/575 if I remember correctly.
Any Fcar events this weekend in Toronto? Florida boy traveling north for the weekend? Where is FOT? please email if any info.
I would guess that there would be a bunch of 430's (coupes and spiders) being prepped for deilvery. I wonder why they are selling the 550 Barchetta now, since it has been there for a while.
Just a weeeee bit north of Yorkville. Both Yorkville Ave. and Cumberland St. and a much smaller street or two make up "Yorkville." Probably the defacto area to find both Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, and many other makes and marques. If you're in the city, you can visit Ferrari's main showroom on Steeles Ave. And if you like Lamborghini, you can visit Lambo of Toronto at Front St. at Bathurst St. There is also Gentry Lane Autos, and others in the downtown area that cater to Bentley, Rolls, Aston Martin, Lotus, etc. Kind of odd, but Ferrari's main showroom on Steeles Ave. is pretty out of the way if your intention was to stay in the downtown core. But as usuall, it's worth it. Have a good stay. Best, Joel
I hear ya,...Damn, I love that car! Does someone know how much they are asking? Or do you have to book special with Paul for a "consultation"?
Not bad considering the half-a-mil price tag it had a couple of years ago. 10 times better than that hideous Super-America car. I know someone who is actually considering a Super Aamerica and trading in his 2004 575 I tried my best to talk him out of it but we'll see.
She told me their SA allocation was 7 and that they were all sold. She said you could only get one if you previously owned a 550 or 575!!
Yeah I know. I first heard 8 were comin and 6 were sold. Regardless, this chap has his name on one (Among many others exotics) and still say......I really hope he doesnt get one. No offence to anyone, its just my opinion. And the only reason why I would even try and sway him the other way is because he too isnt 100% about the car either. F430 Spider would even be a better choice even though it's not a 12. Vasco
Well first of all one cannot like all cars. But as for the SuperAmerica, I just do not like the lines at the top. It just looks funny at some angles, look at the pic below. What can I say? However, It seems to look flawless on Ferrari's official site pics. Vasco Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hard to forget such a great classic racer! Oh my friend, the old classic and ORIGINAL birdcage is like none other. What an awesome car! You know why they call it the birdcage? Have you ever seen the tube chassis on that thing................... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
