I was having troubles with my 550 and had it serviced for the first time at Ferrari of Tampa. I dealt with Andrew. I can't say enough good nice things about the experience! The car was fixed expertly, and runs beautifully...better than ever in fact. I think the charges were very reasonable. I had the car detailed there and she has never, ever, looked so good. They picked the car up and dropped her off in a closed trailer...no issues there either. The detail guy misplaced the passenger floor mat, I emailed Andrew, he found it and just had it hand delivered by one of their service people. Really oustanding, I'm very very impressed.
