    Please Join us for a Track Day at Monticello Motor Club
    67 Cantrell Rd. Monticello, NY 12701
    Saturday, June 19, 2010

    TIME: 8am Meet at (TBD) for Breakfast & intro, Rally to
    Monticello Motor Club & arrive by 11am; Lunch will be served
    followed by an Afternoon of Driving!

    SCHEDULE:
    10:45am–11am: FOCNER members arrive at MMC
    11am–11:30am: TECH of cars going on track
    11:30am-12pm Checkout rides for solo candidates
    12pm-1pm: Lunch & Presentation
    1pm-1:15pm – Solo drivers prepare for track
    1:15-2pm – Open Track for Solo drivers
    1pm-2pm – Classroom time for beginners
    2pm-2:40pm – Beginners on track, Solo drivers have track classroom discussion
    2:45pm-3:30pm – Open Track (solo drivers), Beginners in classroom
    3:40pm–4:20pm – Beginners on track
    4:30pm–5pm – Open Track for Solo Drivers
    5pm– 5:30 – Open track for all cars

    is it only 2 groups, solo and novice? also which track config?

    @FHR: of course you can bring the 458 Challenge! are you coming to miller tomorrow night?

    @Spiderman: not sure the track and yes, just beginner and solo. beginners will be paired with a pro instructor and there will be a good amount of classroom time. solo drivers will get up to 3 hours of track time! Please email me off of Fchat to reserve.

    I've been to Glen, Lime Rock, Summit Point, VIR, Sebring, NJMP.... but I don't know Monticello track is.............how is track??? fun?
    I'm far way from Ferrari track event long time..

    Anyway, I & Jeff signed up for this event (355 x 2). Sounds ssssoooo nice event!!
    I hope see you & no rain!!!!
    Can't wait!

    @Spiderman: we are using the full 4.1 mile track with 22 turns! Def join us!
    @NJ: if you are a member of the club you can drive that day, or you have to be with our group.

    we're almost sold out - so get in touch if you want to join us!

    May I ask what classifies you as a solo driver ?
    I Have experience on that track with instruction and training from a different car club Organization less than 2 months ago (BMWCCA) I am a FCA member and will probably utlize one of the vehicles provided thats available .

    @Jimmy: it sounds like you will be classified as a solo driver, as you have experience on track. The team at MMC will have the final say though. Hope to see you on track on the 19th.
