Regardless of impracticalities, I like street-registered yet proper race cars. Is climate-controlled air coming out of vent/s?

So did Jalopnik take this from FerrariChat or was their article already in the works? At least Jim posted it here a day before Jalopnik.

Right on Jimmy! Ever reconsider running it at LaSarth? If so do you think they'll let you run it uncorked?
The only class we could run at Le Mans is "Garage 56" which doesn't interest me as we wouldn't have a real chance. At the Ring we will challenge for First OA and we may run The 24 Hours of Spa as well. We want to race real competition and that's why were going Non KERS with our new car. We challenged La Ferrari, P1 and 918 to race us at The Ring and none did or will so we're changing class with SCG 003 and retiring P 4/5 C.

Will P 4/5c have much modification to drive her on NY roads on a regular basis or will she remain 'as is' pretty much?
Slightly different wheels and tires to make turning radius less for street. The rest is pretty much the same. (Road legal tires/lights/etc) She raced with full emission equipment and mufflers on pump gas so that is not an issue.
