FERRARI part - Bosch equivalent

That's a B883, I think. pricey.

The EP36 ($8 at Autozone) works in the 348. You'd think that it would likewise work in the 355, but who knows. http://www.tricoproducts.com/brochure.cfm?brochure=285&location_id=129

I used the EP36 from Autozone until I could buy the $150.00 same Ferrari part.
the EP36 works fine.

 

Have you looked inside the relay yet?

It is fairly typical for the solder joints on the PC board to crack, causing the relay to not work. You can pop the cover off of the relay and then look at the joints to see if there are any cracks where component pins connect to the board. Just solder up any cracks and it should work.

Maybe some help on the flasher relay.

Had a 308 and the unit went bad. Went to Ferrari ..$155 but not in stock. They sent me to Porsche ..$55 but not in stock ... they sent me to VW .... $19.95 ..bingo! All Bosch units ....identical unit but no little yellow horsey.

Take the unit to VW and see if they can cross reference for you.

Where is turn signal relay on 355? Around foot area of passenger side, right?
I can't find it.

My 308qv shows an Italmec 0027700 - for the flasher relay.
Do you have the Bosch Cross Ref #?
(mine has the ep-36 in it now, I'd like to get the Bosch or Italmec.)
