    The patches don't really work. I tried them several times for both Alfa Romeo and VW addictions, and they don't do squat. You have to want to really quit, the patch is just sort of a reminder. Leaving the receipt for a major service someplace visible works just as well. Tell your friends and loved ones that you are trying to quit and have them help and encourage you. A good support system is the key to success. Keep at it and you'll be driving a Camry before you know it.
