I have a 2012 California Spyder that I bought in 2014 from an authorized Ferrari dealer (Auto Gallery in Calabasas California).
I have been servicing the car at Ferrari Los Angeles-Beverly Hills since I purchased it. I have now been told that they will no longer service the car without my paying the bill even though the car came with a 7 year service guarantee. They are asking me for my RDR card because they have no record of it even though I have all of the paperwork.
    Has anyone had this problem.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any and all comments will be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks, it seems they have become a public corporation and are using the "insurance method" of settlement: DENY DENY DENY until it does them no good............settle with a smile;oops me made a mistake............sorry!
With a lovely caveat: "we hope you haven't been inconvenienced" even though they have had the car weeks for a minor service.

I don't think that has anything to do with going public, they mastered that long ago.
