Did anyone else see the middle of the rear wing on the Ferrari bending down upon gaining speed? At first I thought it was the glare of the sun, but either the bottom of the top element flexes out to allow more air, or the top of the middle element seems to almost fold flat at speed. Of course the CBS commentators did not pick this up.

I know I did not imagine this, but I have not found a pic of it to post yet.

Its kind of common these days to have built in tolerances for the carbon structural rigidity.

It seems to me that SPEED focused on this issue for the last few races, and had closeups of the flex.

I think it was the front that was the issue

The front wing issue was different. SPEED showed the front wing pulling out sideways away from the nose. With respect to the rear wing, I distinctly remember seeing photos of the rear wing flexing and questions being raised whether there was a center support bracket or not and whether one was required by the regulations. BUT, it may have been on a car other than one of the Ferraris.

There were some grumbling regarding the REAR wing flexing indeed, and I believe I read somewhere that Ferrari were going to address the issue...I didn't notice it today, but if it was then apparently nothing happened. Someone said that at speed the wing flexed in such a manner that favoured handling....
