The next think we´ll hear about Baldisseri is that he has handed some photocopies to McLaren.

    WHAT A GREAT NEWS!!!!...

I ´ve been a loooooong critisist of BALDISSIERRI`s Work and after last years GAS HOSE FIASCO that perfectly ended Massa posibility to be WDC... I keept wondering WHY this guy wasnt reassigned...so NO WONDER on that

OH I ALMOST FORGOT this guy left Massa leave the pits with no gas on board, and several others "BRAINFADES"...certainly last GP was the top-of-the-list-slip

I HOPE Aldo Costa and Chris Dyer can re-build the force of the team...I have heard that MORAL strength is been down very low lately given the problems on Kimmis car and the mistake on the Rain Tires and the Massa fiasco not making the first cut...

FORZA FERRARI...Damn we need a good result SOON or we´ll be watching this thing from the pitwall with no way to catch up

Team manager Luca Baldisserri is being switched to a factory-based role.
His race duties are to be taken on by Chris Dwyer, while Luca B concentrates on fast tracking new developments for the cars in a new 'Working Group' headed by technical director Aldo Costa.
Luca B has been handed responsibility for coordinating the factory efforts with trackside operations.

Its called a reshuffle but clearly not a promotion for the erst while team manager.

Hopefully Chris will do a solid job and this adjustment will pay off, it's a good move IMO.

If the most important work needs to be done at the factory, can this really be seen as a down grade??? Whatever Ferrari is doing on the track, it will not be enough to win until they have their own dual level diffuser so that is where the best people need to be. I would reassign everyone with any know-how to factory to get the red cars back on the podium as soon as possible.

Remember, they are not just a tick or two behind....they are more than one second a lap behind the Brawns. That time cannot be made up with race strategy and good pitstops.

Yes You're right the problem is they're slower than Red Bull and other non-diffuser teams.
    Only engineering can overcome that.

Replacing the 'italian circus' garage management, thats caused so much damage in other periods, before it gets worse is their real aim I think.
Chris D may need re-enforcements to achieve that though.
Last time it took the gang of three (4) to get a responsible work ethic up and running.

I think the last paragraph is interesting and something I hadn't thought of. Are all the teams going to start employing extra staff and throwing millions at next years car now as they won't be able to next year?
