A big part of my everyday life is numbers... I see random numbers everywhere and most of them mean something to me... Most of them are Ferrari-related. For example, looking at the clock throughout the day:

    1:18, 1:21, 1:25, 1:26, 1:56, 2:06, 2:08, 2:12, 2:25, 2:46, 2:48, 2:50, 2:56, 3:00, 3:08, 3:10, 3:12, 3:28, 3:30, 3:33, 3:35, 3:40, 3:42, 3:48, 3:55, 4:00, 4:10, 4:12, 4:30, 4:56, 5:00, 5:12, 5:50, 5:53, 5:55, 6:12, 6:25, 6:39, 6:40, 6:41, 6:42, 6:43, 7:50 and 8:57...

I often convert letters I see to numbers. For example if A = 1, then the "AEL" initials I saw on a license plate the other day convert to 1, 5, 12 or 1512, a '64 Ferrari F1 car (the only Ferrari - road or race - to be named with a four-digit designation).

As for serial numbers, I see them all the time. Mostly three- and four-digit serial numbers, but the occasional five- and six-digit numbers as well. But my mind's obsession with numbers doesn't stop there. With the memorization of myriad VINs, my insurance policy number, my credit card number and an assortment of other numeric and alphanumeric combinations, I'm convinced I have a typographic memory.
