I'm sorry, that is not correct. Talk to the people who fix em. Apart from poor quality materials, there were numerous design faults that have given the 348 it's unloved reputation and make it an entry level modern V8.

It's a good first Ferrari, but not a good Ferrari.

My favourite anecdote came when I met an italian broker who was the sales president of Ferrari at the time. He said, "we had so many unsold 348's, we had to park them on the grass at Fiorano and cover them with green tarps so planes flying over wouldn't notice"
