I'm based in Milan, Italy. At the time of order the dealer said it was going to be a 9 months wait. Unfortunately we had a little problem with our first visit to the atelier at the factory and a second one was needed to lock the final spec. This is why it took a full year.
If anyone has the 2023 US Roma price list would you mind posting it? Thank you. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Scott, You will no doubt enjoy the color of this Pista! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Verde Germoglio, I sure do, I saw that Pista in person at Pebble, there is also an 812 Superfast for sale at Ferrari of South Bay with the same spec, didn't look so great in photos, but in person it worked extremely well. Its a fun combination, thanks for sharing. Nice to see people leaning in on some of the rare 60's colors.
I have looked at that 812 GTS online and to me it doesn't work. Your BB and the Pista on the other hand! I really like those!
I see quite a few of these for sale in the US. Is that normal at this point in a new model's production run? Can someone that knows the F car market well comment?
I know this had been discussed here before (earlier) and on another thread but my '23 Roma seems to have seamless factory android auto implementation in the center dashboard. I connect via usb cable from the center console. Separately, can anyone explain or point me to instructions on how to remove the plastic film/protector on my cluster dashboard? I don't want to break anything and nothing seemed obvious. I know it's there because I see many bubbles.
It’s discussed on this thread; Apple CarPlay on centre screen https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/index.php?threads/Apple-CarPlay-on-centre-screen.663047/ May the Horse be with you
Sounds easy enough and I did that for the center console but haven't been able to locate anything for the dashboard. Will try again and revert!
... Supporting Android Auto is something new then. I thought Roma only supports Apple Carplay all this while.
When I got my car, the film on instrument panel was hardly noticeable. Only knew it was there with a few bubbles visible along the top under bright sunlight. Mine was put on so well by the factory that even the dealer couldn’t find an edge to pull it off. We therefore decided to leave it on and press out the few obvious bubbles and over time the remaining ones disappeared. It’s remained on for the past year and I’ve not noticed it ever since.
This sounds pretty consistent to my situation. Really can't find an edge where it feels proper to peel off. That being said my bubbles are unfortunately a bit more noticeable I'm various spots (also only noticeable in certain lights), how did you press them out?
Making sure the surface was as dust free as possible using a microfibre (film scratches easily), I then used a small squeegee wrapped with optical cleaning cloth to push the bubbles out to the edge. Same technique and tools used for putting on screen protectors. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
