FERRARI Scuderia F1 Team Colors???

    Last year, Ferrari announced about mid-season, that the new candy apple red was the permanent team color for the F1 cars. I can not tell from the TV screen if that is still the case.

    So for those of you that have attended an F1 race this year, what color are the Ferraris? The old Marlboro red, or the new candy apple red?? Or something totally different??

    They are some kind Monaco red (candy red) but a little bit lighter than the last year. In other words a metallic rosso scuderia

    Yeah. It looks so strange to me. Rosso Scuderia is such a beautiful color, and the new color is so much less classy. Its more "bling" looking.

    I'd love to see Ferrari roll out their cars in yellow for a race. That could look cool.

    It's the same as last year after Monaco. I saw it up close and asked a Ferrari rep in Montreal. The color is absolutely beauiful in person, and pictures do not do it justice....If you see a show car they have been repainted as well....

    I have seen them a couple of times and i loved the colour, especially if the sun is shining. The old colour was such an iconic one it is hard to top though and i cant say the new one is better.

    No, the last year Monaco rosso (Alfa name is Rosso Competizione) is a little bit darker than this year color.

    Oh, yes Jack, for one race, that would be INCREDIBLE!! Wonderful idea. Especially if they did not announce it, and just showed up at Monza for example, solid yellow.

    Wait, it is not such a good idea as I would not be there to witness this moment.
