Ferrari did not send a cease and desist letter. So why the clickbait title? :D

certainly technically no, but does anyone have anything that shows what Ferrari said/wrote anyway?

No, he said Ferrari has made contact with him, but did not provide details other than it was not a cease and desist.

No C&D was sent. Time to stop spreading this recent clickbait myth.

Indeed, why would Ferrari care about this?

Perhaps if you spent a bit more time reading and researching such things before reposting them, and a bit less time simply reposting every image you can find.

All 5 of those other situations are well-known and have been discussed at length. And whether you agree (or not) with Ferrari's approach to handling trademark infringement, they are the most-recognized brand in the world... and far from the only company of stature that takes legal measures to protect it.
