anyone have any contacts or thoughts on Ferrari service in Adelaide? apart from Prestige Formula
Prestige Formula... well they couldnt even handle getting some small parts under warranty for my wifes Brera... Their delays then meant the parts were then outside of the warranty period, which then they wanted me to pay! It was like the Monty Python dead parrot sketch... except it was real... bad attitudes and incompetence... with no customer care or genuine service factor at all, quote "it's not our problem". Funnier still they sent me a customer feedback questionnaire and I gave them the most honest feedback which any business should value highly... never had any response from them whatsoever. Nope if they behave like that there are other businesses that are only too happy to be of service...
bylaw warranty on a second hand car is the days you have it for not the toal time owned.I understand its the same with a new car.well it is in VIC.
well you are right about a complaint.. but hey who has time for that bs... i did answer their questionnaire in an effort to supply some candid feedback but hey... nothing. I have a business and know how important service is...if they dont get it i am not here to be their teacher... i will try some other service centres. I know Danny, he is a good guy, but it is up to them not me to keep or develop new customers, especially as i own 2 marques that they sell... Graeme at Enzo's is the ultimate service guy, in both senses of the word... always happy to catch up for a chat and he knows his stuff. He does not have the diagnostic machine for 360's though... otherwise i would stay with him
I recall Goober had the same negative ordeal with Prestige Formula. I found Danny Luccon very good to deal with in 2005, but I have had no aftermath dealings with him or the company.
Prestige looks after my 458 and Fiat 500 and have been good so far. Nothing major to test them yet but the place has a family feel and I've known the owner for 30 years so this probably helps.
