On acquiring my '95 348 Spider about three years ago, I came to FerrariChat for referrals on maintenance. Someone recommended this shop. Dealerships being what they are, incredibly expensive, I wanted to find a private shop.

Michael Rozenstraten and his folk have tended to my car ever since. They've done two fluid changes, and some minor tweaks. He's done well on the service and has made reasonable recommendations to me. He could have taken advantage, but hasn't. His current facility ain't the most impressive, but the quality of the service is good.

I have known Mike for many years. He is a top notch tech and a really good guy. He's worked on a few of my cars and sold me a lot of parts.

Bought my car from Michael. He is as honest a man as you can find. Very knowledgable guy. Has lots of fun toys in his garage if you have the time to look around.

As they say, "don't judge a book by its cover"....the most important thing to me is that the integrity of the shop and the quality of their work, not whether or not they have leather lazy-boyz and serve latte in the waiting room

That is what I am talking about. I talked to him on the phone a bit and I got a good impression. I asked if he could check/set the initial point of slip on my clutch. He gave me a reasonable price and said no charge if no impovement. Seemed knowlegeable on the 355.
Also gave a reasonable price for a clutch change(for future reference - I have 1K on mine). It also supprised me when he said the 355 f1 clutches hold up much better than the 360s and there are kevlar availabe for the f1.

Anyone had any major service done there? I usually do all the work myself but I find my time is getting more and more scarce so I am looking for a good local shop I can trust to care for my car as good or better than I would. Any recommendations are appreciated. You can PM me if that is not allowed here.

Always upfront, honest, and never tries to push for things just for the sake of it. Very happy with them in my dealings.

Michael has been straight with me, and is a nice guy. I've bought parts from him a several times. Nothing bad to say from me. I give him a thumbs up.
