Consider that all the battery weight is probably very low to the ground so at least will help with keeping CG low.
Slight OT but not so much, A friend of mine owns last generation Porsche Cayenne hybrid , Reliability wise , car is full of problems. As a daily vehicule , those issues are so important that my friend is wondering right now to swap this hybrid car for a more traditional Cayenne. Do you believe reliabilty concerns are inherent to hybrid technology which is not enough mature ? Future SF90 stradale owners would play a guinea pig game ?
I was expecting this car to be NA but with elec motors....we’d get the awesome 458 sound but blazing speeds. Sigh. Not to be. At least if the SPF90 had a gorgeous exterior we could be happy. I imagine reviews to proclaim this the best ferrari ever....
Yeah...sigh....maybe next time. Not sure what happened with Batista body shell...at least that was on the right track. To dish up such a subjective/questionable styling package there needs to have been at least something else thrown into the mix to level things out...say like a NA 800hp v8 or V12 power plant. The whole thing looks overly fussy, extravagant and, porky.....
yes, but if you put the batteries unders the seat, you raise the seat and so the driver and passenger position and so the center of gravity and the car height so you raise the drag too… If the batteries are lighter than the driver+passenger weight, maybe much better leaving them behind the seats instead of under... Stradale is not a Sedan...
Excuse me sir, but this must be the most boring question asked on this thread. It 's akin to asking a supermodel if she can cook.
