Aventador pricing, better performance, questionable at best looks, poor sounding.
Could someone who is good with photoshop colour code the roof? It'd be interesting to see what it would look like.

Now obvious you can’t hybrid a normal chassis
Too much weight
Weight is similar to P1 and La Ferrari isn't it? And those have carbon tubs
Disappointing without a v12
I understand it is a tad over $ 500 K to start with.
To those who keep saying this looks too similar to the 458/488/F8... what are you smoking?
Take a long hard look at the pictures. Pay special attention to the overall proportions and shape. This car is so much lower, wider and more aggressive than any of the afore mentioned body styles. This car will look nothing like an F8 when you see them next to each other in person. The F8 looks like a generic mid engined Ferrari. This looks, as it was described prior to launch, like a proper spaceship. Pull up next to an aventador in this car and the aventador will look like an everyday Volkswagen.
If you don’t like it, that’s fair, I can’t argue something so subjective as beauty. However, to say that this looks anything like the previous 458-F8 line is just ludicrous.

Haha not sure about this one, because Aventador, the original LP700, is imho one of the best looking spaceship cars out there haha, but I think it will be in this league for sure. One step above 488/F8 design for sure, something fresh.

re performance - yes a bit disappointing IMO - however Ferrari would need to balance 0-100kmh with extra batteries etc etc so I am sure its good for way more but multiple considerations
Isn't the 918 Spyder heavier? Still one of the fastest accelerating cars and Million dollar plus car. Let's wait and see, could be alot faster then they claim.
As is the case with the F8 line, these “higher level” cars will be subjected to the same over supply from competitors and refreshes from Ferrari. As a result expect V12 type depreciation.
What is weight compared to 918?
Tough crowd. It's a Ferrari with ~1,000 hp. I think it will be ok.
We expect better than just a big number.
Beautiful design and great sound used to matter...
I remember when cars were shooting for 4s/sub 4s 0-60mph times. With sub 3s, shaving 0.3s is proportionately more than what it used to be. What about 1/4 mile? Would love to see a Nurburgring time.
This car is absolutely of the rocker my guys! Incredible. But 730.000 euros with optional extras on norwegian plates? Even more in Denmark, and Singapore I don't even want to know. It's freakin expensive!
So people ? what are your bets (Or even better, informations) on
- Spider version
- Hardcore version

Perhaps... because it was based on a 300k car. This isn’t so I don’t see your point.
I don't think there will be any hardcore/Scuderia/Speciale/Pista version. It won't happen. This is it. My guess. Aperta-version maybe. But no hardcore. That will be reserved for the V6 that's taking over for the V8-berlinetta line we know today.
I'm with you but I'd see it in person before judging. It's not a radical design departure if you think anything recent is beautiful.
I bet behind the wheel it will be very, very amusing.
From what I heard in premiere videos on the instagram, the sound is waaay better than 488/F8.
