Handful year old client and first time interacting with new ownership. Need to go in for warranty renewal and they said they are a month out until the earliest appointment.

Obviously short staffed (I miss Gianfranco already) and call the new service advisor Alto. Seems two new mechanics are on their way to help out.

    Got appointment for next week.

Sharing in case you need service soon.

they continue to have a lot of turnover in service.

I bought a car from them in April and as part of the deal they were supposed to register it in my company’s name in Florida. After 4 months and some increasingly heated conversations, I demanded today that they give me a check for the taxes and fees I paid and I will have my lawyer take care of the registration. Their business office is no better than service right now, I really can’t believe they have dicked me around for 4 months over a simple registration matter. Meanwhile, I was in Florida for all of June and most of July and I could have taken care of this if they were honest with me about the status.

I hear ya Jeff. While my situation wasn’t as gnarly as yours (ouch sorry to hear about that!) I ran into some serious communication issues with the previous service manager who lasted less than a year. I definitely could see how they dropped the ball on you. But you mention April I assume of this year. That does surprise me but I haven’t dealt with the business office yet.

I must say I’m really really happy with Sarah and Alto in service and the new ownership.

I hope they make good for you.

Sam, the previous service manager had my 812 for 2 weeks to replace the rear glass under the recall. 2 weeks. The communication was better described as a lack of communication and when I received the car back I discovered they mangled the PPF on the rear deck. Maybe this could not have been avoided but not a word was said about it.

Yes, April 2021, under Indigo’s ownership.

I hope your appointment worked out well.
