    According do dutch magazine Auto Week, one of the first which has revealed SP1, there are 3 special Ferrari models in works: SP2, SP3 and SP4!

    - 599-based Spyder the Golden Ferrari
    - coupe inspired by 410 Superamerica
    - FXX-based (!) supercoupe for Arabian customer

    Golden Ferrari SP2 is correct but is old news.

    "SP3" was reported in Ferrari Chat a while ago but isn't SP Ferrari

    FXX/SP has been offered for a long time but as far as I know is still available and not in production. If any of you are interesed in that one contact the Factory.

    A proposed special project under Ferrari's program to be built on an FXX Chassis.

    Not road legal unless you own the roads.

    This project was offered to several people and as far as I know no one commissioned it.

    In the article it's referred to as SP4.

    How much of this did the media hear, because I hadn't heard a bit of it. This project then, was simply a new, track-only body on an FXX chassis? If this is the case it leads one to believe Ferrari are putting major time into the aero of the Enzo replacement. Sounds like limited edition R&D to me. Is there more to it, or is that what it boils down to?

    No it was simply a potential one off like SP1 and SP2 (The Golden Ferrari).
