Unica means unique in Italian. One of one. Seemed appropriate. Whilst the car is still an F8 underneath, I have to say, and Raffaele agreed, the greater airflow dynamics and downforce did make the car behave better at Fiorano. I had just come from setting my personal best in the FXXK Evo at Mugello the day before, so I was immediately on throttle rather aggressively. I have also been on the track before so knew the layout a bit. Also, I think it is just the right thing to make the tires melt on their edges and the brakes have that aroma of usage when you climb out of the cockpit. Thank you for all the kind comments. My joy is also in sharing this with tifosi. Along those lines, I asked many months ago and was granted permission for the car to be displayed to the factory workers this coming week during lunch near their cafe. It is my attempt to show my appreciation for all they do. Also, the museum has asked to show the car for a limited time and I agreed. Forza Ferrari!
This is how the F8 should have looked at the beginning. But at least that car returns some faith in the current Ferrari design departament.
That's very kind of you, respect! Beautiful creation, enjoy it in great health for many many years! Cheers from Italy.
Wow! Congrats Tom! What a stunning SP car! I do not like all SP cars but this one is my favourite! What a stunningly beautiful design! Looks worlds better than the F8! PS: Will you take part with any of your cars at the Passione Ferrari Event which will take place at the Hockenheimring? https://www.ferrari.com/de-DE/auto/passione-ferrari-hockenheim-2022
