Westwood tonight...red 355 spider, and yellow 360B...360 most definitely had a Tubi, it howled down Westwood Ave!

New trends in Westwood (next to UCLA):
All the kids are hanging out at various middle eastern restaurants with patios facing the street. What is unique, is each table has a large water pipe, and the patrons at each table "share" the pipe. The chicks seem to really get into it! Typical dinner fare, falafel, etc...

$1 ice cream/cookie sandwiches! You pick the cookies, then the ice cream, and they make it fresh, all for one dollar. Tons of sorority chicks at this place...tri-delts, alpha phis, etc. They ain't gonna stay so skinny eating that crap. ;)

Yeah, I always see a huge amount more Ferraris in Orange Co than anywhere else. Great fun to see one every 10-15 minutes.
I spent the last week in San Fran & didn't see a single one. Very hot some days, too, no rain to keep them hidden. But then, that is SF....

When I was up in LA a couple of months ago I saw heaps of 360s (around 15 in 3 days - just in the Hollywood & Beverly Hills area not counting the dealers). I saw heaps on Friday and Saturday night up on Sunset Blvd. It seems like a mecca for exotics. One Saturday night on Sunset I saw a Murcie, Gallardo, Diablo, and quite a few 360s and a single 355.

Going down the Pacific Coast highway I tried to follow a 360 that was weaving in and out of traffic. It kept getting caught at traffic lights (I have it on vid too ;-). I saw a couple of exotics on Rodeo drive, but I guess that is to be expected. One 360 was there for about 2 hours on the main drag and a 355 was parked nicely in the parking garage I happened to pull into.

San Francisco is boring as far as exotics go (IMHO). Every time I have been there I struggle to see any. I spotted a 308 around Stanford. Also a TR along the 101. But that was all. I spent around 8 weeks there and only 2 exotics. Last time I was in LA for 3 days I saw more than my entire 8 weeks in SF.

The first time I went to LA I entered the Roosevelt via the rear where a 348 was parked, then after dropping my luggage went out the front to see an Enzo. Yep, the Charlies Angels premier (pure luck I arrived on that day) first time in LA and bamm, right in the middle of a heap of action on Hollywood blvd.

There is nothing like seeing exotics "out in the wild". Its quite a thrill to stumble upon a 360 or 2 outside a trendy restaurant.

San Francisco boring for exotics? Perhaps in some areas, but try walking the Golden gate on a sunny afternoon. Watch the cars going back and forth from Marin. It's enough to lift the spirits of any car guy.

Thanks for the suggestion Dave. I'm in Westwood today on business. I'm literally just up the street about half a mile. Sounds like a good place to stop in for breakfast this morning.

LA / BH is definitely a mecca for Ferraris. I saw 2 360 Modenas, a 360 Spyder and a 355 Spyder last night...all within about 30 minutes. Also drove by the dealer, but closed before I got there.
