    I passed by before Xmas and the store had a sign on the door that it was closed. Cars were there, but no merchandise. Now, there is nothing inside the showroom at all.

    Anyone have the details?

    i figured when they weren't open the saturday before christmas that something was up. The last sign i saw said they wouldn't be open through the end of 2009. Not sure what the latest is....

    Interesting, its got to be one of the following:

    1. showroom seen as an unnecessary expense in this economy
    2. cars sent to Detroit for the "Gallery" show at the MGM Detroit for the auto show
    3. place getting a remodel

    Purely a guess, but I'm leaning towards towards #1

    I was ther just recently. Store was open and If my mem serves me correctly it was after Christmas. 4 or 5 cars plus all the other goodies.

    I don't want to spoil the surprise, but from an EXTREMELY reliable source, the Ferrari Showroom will be closed until April for rennovations. It may open sooner, but that's the month I was told. Who knows, maybe a Ferrari Store will be added, hmmmmmm

    I'm sure we will ALL love what results when it reopens in April....FORZA FERRARI!!

    I drove past it last night.

    The sign says "re-opening soon."

    I assumed they are just remodeling. Saw them loading some of the showroom cars into a Classic Coach transport truck... Going to watch and see what they're doing over there - easy to keep an eye on the place as my office is right across the street...

    That's awesome you're right across the street!! Keep us posted! I was told by an extremely, reliable source that they're re-opening in April. It will be half showroom and half Ferrari Store. I can't wait!!!!
