i thought Mr Kalikow was a man of good taste.

i don't like it. i think the blue rims were not necessary...

it uses the same principals as the 575 america. A collapsible roof , but it's not made of glass.

when you're talking about a "one off" , you can expect a better car than that. it's jast an SA Aperta with an electric soft top.

 

I don't know if I'd personally jump to conclusions on this car just yet. There have been several Ferraris that I've seen pictures of and thought "Wow, that's just wrong." and when I see it in person I change my opinion completely. Like the California for instance. The first picture I saw of it was terrible and then I saw the car. Now it has really grown on me. You never know until you see one.

I quite like the car- wheels don't work for me though.

 

I'm sure it crushes Mr. Kalikow to know some folks don't approve of the design of his personal "one-off" Ferrari.

I like it, blue wheels and all, although I'd still vote for the P 4/5 first.

Well, there's Ferrari doomed.

 

I second this. In design, less is more. They tried to do a little too much here. Like on the California, if they just delete some of the extra, unnecessary design elements it would make the car look a lot better.

Cars of the 60 are not iconic because they have every spare part from the parts bin tacked on, they are revered for their pure designs. These days Ferrari is being a little too liberal with vents, badging, and little design nick nacks.

Looks good to me. Looks like that rear spoiler is retractable. I wonder what the aero aspect of it is?

I dont love it, but I like it. A 599 with no top is all win to me.

 

I like it. The wheels could take some getting used to but otherwise I think this is one of the nicest Ferraris that I've seen.

you had one Superamerica already. I would be really interested to hear from you if you think you improved on it.

He has more than one Superamerica.

I'm not sure the goal was to "improve" on any of them. Rather, simply to make something he would like.

 

Hmm...I'm on the fence with this one. Don't like the wheels. The side vents remind me of an Aston-Martin One-77.
