Is the 333 SP a "supercar" for the track? Isn't a purebred racing car?

As supercar for the track I'd say it's the Ferrari F50 GT1. Since it's a supercar turned into a track beast.

Alex knows what he is talking about, he rode with in the F40LM at PPIR.
I agree with him, the F40LM is the ultimate road/racer still today

Gotta go with the F50 GT1 . Rumored to be faster than a 333 SP and it sounds better too.

    Call it whatever you want.
I'm sure you knew what I meant.
Between these 6 Ferrari that were built for the track, which one is your favorite? Thats my question.
At first I didn't want to put the 333 in my poll but I knew some would ask where is the 333.

Overall I would have to say F50 GT. However, on pure asthetics (which doesnt mean much on the track!) I would vote for the 575GTC.

My vote is for the 333sp. It is basicaly a F1 car with a different body detuned a little. I would love to see some track times on a Enzo, F50gt (we will never see those) 575GTC. I love the looks of the 575GTC

Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I don't find it looks like a batmobile.

Thanks and I plan to keep the LM for a few (many) years.
The GTE isn't for me because of the gear box ! I want a real driver car with a MANUAL box. Same goes for the F50 GT1, that I know well, but should be manual too to be a "real "car.

    Hey! What's wrong with a standard F40!?

I've changed my rotors for some Alcons and will have full ducting to help keep them cool.

So far I've only tracked the car once and it was superb!

I'm also changing the shocks and springs in the next month or so.

Sad to say, but Dan is right. Ever since Ferrari dropped out of sports car racing, none of its cars can said to be race cars. If you don't believe me, check out the results of any major sports car race. I believe that you will see the "P" word repeatedly.

Rumored, never proven. Why was Ferrari afraid to race the F50 GT against the 911 GT1, McLaren F1 GTR and MB CLK-GTR if it was so fast?

333 SP for me. At least the 333 won races, the F50 never even turned a wheel in ANY officially sanctioned race. Ferrari won't even let the owners race them.

what is the definition of "super car" ?? For me, it's car that has super performances on and off the track ! You can't drive a 333SP or a F50GT1 on the open roads like you can with the F40/F40LM or 288GTO
    my 5 cents

    You're right.
It was my mistake to mention supercar in the title. I should have said what is your favorite Ferrari built for the track.
