Ferrari techinfo website subscription

Hello every body,
I saw Ferrari USA has sell the DEIS Light software. But they doesn't allow us to register in USA?
anybody have successfully register it? please let me know

I have an account for the USA. You must have a business in the automotive sector, or that supports the automotive sector to register. I don't remember what the trick was to register, but I got it handled

 

after trying to register, they said It succesfully but waiting for email.
I'm waiting for 2-3 day still no reply.. anyone can tell the trick how to register it?
