    You could start by calling FNA (if that's your local importer) - they might be able to help or find someone appropriate or does it have to be Ferrari in Italy as implied by your post in which case the standard customer service email is as good as it gets I believe

    If this is 430 related it may be difficult to find comprehensive knowledge at a factory/importer level so using these pages to find a knowledgeable independent to talk to might be more successful - for example in the UK member voicey
