OK what time is everyone meeting up and where? A 355, CLK, and 350z are departing from asheville. We should pick a meeting point at the gap.

Don't know yet Andy, that is why I'm trying to figure out when everyone is getting there. I'm assuming a mid-day meeting so if you wanna get to my house around 9 to 10am we can then go meet up with David(fms650) and take off.

Unfortunatly, no, I have to pick my car up in Charleston on Friday, then I will head over to HHI to the Concours D' Elegance (celebrating 50 years of speed).

I would like to orginaize another gap trip however before it gets too cold.

Make sure you call the Dragons website operator and get the phone number for Killboy. He will come out and take pics to put on their website, go to his site as well, Killboy.com

Have fun, and let's organize another one if this one is fun!

 

OK looks like we'll try to get there around 12, departing from asheville around 10:30 if anyone wants to meet up.

Andy get to my house around 9:30 and we'll be good to go, Fender I'll see you around 10-10:30 off the smokeypark(canton/w asheville exit 44 off I-40).

 

We'll be there........look for my black CLK, red 355, blue 350z, and possibly a few other cars.....

 

WOW what an awesome stretch of pavement!!!

Thanks to Fender, Ken, Andy, and Jeremiah. We had a blast and everyone was safe and sound on the way home. Traffic was not bad at all, and the weather was perfect!!! Video & pictures to follow!

oh yeah Bruce too..... almost forgot about the little 3 keeping up with us on the way home hahaha Way to string out a rental car Bruce!!

hehehe yea the Mazda 3 was fun and actually kept up somewhat than I thought I would.
I enjoyed the ride but it will be the last time for this year since its getting cold. I will be out there more often next year once the 328 GTS gets here in March 05 unless I get transferred to NJ for my Job.
