I wonder if there is a date on the box of that belt?

Two open ended wrenches would point to 330GT/330GTC/365GT.

The 250, 275, 330, and early 365 GTCs had black grained tool bags with a buckled pouch for the jack and hub pullers. The late 365 GTCs and 365 GT 2+2 had brown bags. Your bag does not have a large pouch for the jack and hub pullers. Therefore, there would be a second bag for the jack and hub pullers. This photo is from the 330 GTC Owners Manual.

It's the tool bag from a 2 piece GTC or 365 GT 2+2 kit.

This precise tool bag (but with more tools) came with my Series II 330 GT.
