Just back from Club Mille Miglia Annual meeting at Brescia. the new Museum is well designed as one spects from an Italian project. A new Mecca for any petrolhead regardless his -or her- age or racing era preferences.
With club members like the Marzotto brothers, Gino Munaron and other illustre veteran of the MM, I shared an unforgotetable afternoon.
The Italian sport papers are plenty of information about the proccess opened several months ago, by a tribunal from Cologne, the request of Ferrari works, against the German-located Toyota F1 team, because suspected of using Ferrari aerodinamic software to build h¡s 2003 F1 cars.
Apparently, an ex-Ferrari aerodimamist joined Toyota Team last year and brought with him lots of top-secret information from Maranello.
Ferrari begun to suspect something when discovered the 2003 Toyota cars showed aero design and details surprisingly similar to to their own.
Meanwhile, Toyota fired the incriminated tecnician and refuses return the software used by him, as requested by the German judge because -they declare- The ex-Ferrari, and now ex-Toyota guy, mixed the Ferrari Soft with that of their own.
    Winter looks to be warm.

Yup, i just read where they definately found Ferrari data in the wind tunnel computers at Toyo. They continue to claim nothing was stolen or abused and the ex-Ferrari guy is pleading innocent. "Oh what a tangled web we weave!"
