Vancouver dealer track day at Mission Raceway. Very wet day but all had fun. Great to see lots of newbies out for the first time including the owner with the Enzo. It's awesome that everyone braved the weather and enjoyed themselves. Here are a few clips I took from that day.

Thanks for sharing. I almost got a chance to drive my 430 in the rain in April, but the forecasted rain never came. You are very brave to go on track in the rain at this track, it looks like there is little or no runoff area for much of the track. Knowing a wall awaited if I messed up would likely keep me at home if it were raining (and possibly even when dry).

How did you mount the camera in the car, suction cup on the glass behind you? You have nice video quality and I loved the audio. Too bad the rear-view mirror was blocking the forward view from the camera's viewpoint.

Great video - thanks for posting. I'm not familiar with Mission at all; it seems you're on the dry line quite a bit more than I'd expect for that amount of water. Is that typical for Mission, or does the video just make it seem the car is closer to the dry apexes than it is?

What tires do you have on your 430?

I am also very interested in the camera mounts used for the videos. Pls share which mounts you used. Pics of your set-up will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Apex are pretty much the same with exception of turn 3 and turn 4 and when turn 2 get completely flooded. Keeping a car to a car and a half width from the left wall down the main straight and the back straight to avoid standing pools of water and for more grip. Going a bit wider in turn 1 and turn 2 before turning in for the apex. Basically sacrificing the perfect line to look for turf with a bit more grip and less water.

The tires are Pirelli PZero Trofeos. So far like them a lot. Somewhat similar to the Corsa's but with different tread blocks and supposedly more improved. The last set of Corsa's were pretty good in the rain as well.

Got the GoPro camera mounted by suction cup to the rear window behind me. Yes, too bad the rear view mirror kind of blocks the view.

Going to Porsche Club track day this Friday at Mission. Not sure to take the 430 or the 997. Don't want to be a big red target for all the Porsche's out there :-0 But it would be nice to see what she can do against the 911GT3RS on the track.

    Will post vids after.

Takes balls to track a Ferrari on a wet day like that. Looks like the water ponding situation at the track is not very ideal.

Ever noticed that the concrete barriers always look closer in wet weather.
